How to sell

We are a Czech company. Our business model is to connect the BUYER and the Seller through a dance marketplace. We provide easier advertising during the sale (just display once), easier search for clothes when buying (no more searching on the entire site), safe transport by a contracted carrier and no worries about fraud. BUYER will confirm the reservation of the dress and pay the money to the bank account of Dancemania. After receiving the payment, Dancemania will order a carrier who will pick up the dress at the SELLER. Dancemania checks the condition of the dresses and then sends them to the BUYER. After successful delivery of the dress, we send the money to the Seller.

You usually let your seamstress adjust your dance dress. Even so, pay attention to the size and description of the dress before buying.

Only New Dresses can be returned within 14 days of purchase, Used dresses cannot be returned.

All dresses are inspected in the Dancemania warehouse. In the event that the dress has damage that is not listed in the damage detail, we will contact the Seller and the Buyer. In the event of acceptance of damage by the Buyer, the Buyer has the right to demand a price reduction. If the Buyer does not accept the damage, we will send him the total purchase price. The Seller will receive the dress back after paying a fee of 20 euros. The fee includes shipping and packaging.

It will take about 10 days to transport the dress, including checking it and transferring the money.

The publication of the dress is FREE, you only pay if the dress is sold. The brokerage fee is 10% of the price and is paid by the seller.

We want to be fair, so the SELLER will pay for delivery from him to Dancemania and the BUYER will pay for delivery from Dancemania to him.

Yes. You can change the price, damage or delete the dress completely (if you sell it yourself).

Please delete the dress from the site. We wanted, the offer will be actuall. You will not pay any fees. Your advertising is voluntary.

Latin American and Ballroom Dance Dresses. The dress can be new or used. If the dress is damaged, you must describe and take a picture of the damage. If you do not state the damage and DANCEMANIA finds out during the inspection, the BUYER has the right not to buy the dress.

Even though we are a Czech company, all transactions take place in Europayments, so that we can provide the exact amount of payments and thus avoid the exchange rate difference. All banks in the EU allow you to send and receive Europayments even if you have your bank account in another currency. In the case of the mobile internet banking application, you may not be able to make payments in EUR. To do this, you must log in via the full version of the website…

NO, to maintain control of the store, it is necessary to use our contracted carrier! If another carrier is used, DANCEMANIA is not responsible for the problems caused.

You have a total of three attempts. In case of the first unsuccessful attempt, you have the option to change the address and time for delivery. The courier communicates with you in your national language.

You do not have to take over the clothes if you are afraid of damaging them. Let us know and we will complain about the transport. Each shipment is insured.
